Planning Your Visit
Hamono's omakase service is intentionally small, so we encourage reservations for the chef-led progression and ask guests with larger parties to call before booking. If a deposit or cancellation window applies to your seating, the reservation flow will show it before you confirm. Walk-ins are welcome for à la carte when seats remain, especially earlier in the evening.
Please share dietary restrictions as early as possible so the kitchen can plan around the day's Toyosu fish and seasonal garnishes. For press, private events, accessibility questions, or time-sensitive dietary notes, calling is the clearest path. Guests arriving in Portland by car can review the parking notes above before leaving, while transit riders are welcome to use the listed route guidance when planning their arrival.
